Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Information we collect

TCG Tube collects the information needed to provide an account and the features you choose to use. This can include your email address, display name, account identifier, and authentication-provider information. If you claim a channel, we store the TCG Tube channel identifier, the associated YouTube channel identifier, your claim status, and channel membership information.

How we use information

We use account information to authenticate you, maintain your settings, enable channel ownership and Creator Studio features, prevent misuse, and operate and improve TCG Tube. We do not sell personal information.

Google and YouTube access

When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the information necessary to authenticate your account. When you claim a YouTube channel, TCG Tube requests read-only access solely to confirm that the Google account controls the expected YouTube channel. TCG Tube does not store Google access tokens, refresh tokens, or authorization codes.

Service providers and third parties

TCG Tube uses service providers to host the application, authenticate users, and deliver its features. Video, card, and channel information displayed by TCG Tube may come from TCGL Media and other linked third-party services. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.

Data retention and security

We retain account and channel-claim information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can avoid creating an account by using public TCG Tube features without signing in. You can revoke a channel claim through TCG Tube support channels. You may also disconnect TCG Tube from your Google account through your Google Account settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
